This office interior renovations and expansions project by Sebastian Bravo is located on the top floor of a building of textile mills in the district of Patronato in Santiago, Chile. The strategy was to locate the only private premises of the office, a closed-room meeting to the center of the plant. Reception, dining room, bathroom, kitchen and a large work area are spread around. A rather limited budget forced the architects to seek solutions and materials as simple as possible. Thus the floor, walls and windows are kept as they were. The resulting design recalls the origin of the building, providing flexible configuration that fully reflects the working methods of the client, SMOG.
